About PairPal
PairPal is a product in development. The website describes and previews a planned service for finding compatible study partners and organising study sessions. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee a match, reserve access, or promise a launch date, feature, or price.
Using the website
You may use the public website for lawful, personal, informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, submit another person’s email without permission, use automated systems to abuse forms, or misrepresent your identity or relationship with PairPal.
Waitlist communications
By submitting your email, you ask to receive information about PairPal’s development, waitlist, or availability. You may ask to be removed at any time by using an unsubscribe method included in a message or by emailing pairpal@gymshackles.com. The Privacy Policy explains how the public site and waitlist handle information.
Study guidance
PairPal’s public guides provide general organisational suggestions. They are not professional educational, safeguarding, mental-health, or academic advice and do not guarantee grades or other outcomes. Use your course requirements, teachers, official materials, and personal circumstances when deciding how to study.
Ownership
The PairPal name, website design, original text, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to PairPal, except for third-party names and services. You may link to public pages. You may not reproduce or present substantial site content as your own without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Instagram, Cloudflare, ThatLev, and Google-hosted services. PairPal does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for its separate content, availability, or policies.
Availability and responsibility
The public website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis. They may change, pause, or stop without notice. To the extent permitted by law, PairPal does not make warranties about uninterrupted access, launch timing, study-partner compatibility, academic results, or the completeness of general guide content.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for your own study decisions, communications, meetings, and safety precautions.
